Author's note
Punk Babe by Billy Argel is a free eroded display font. Its squat, heavy letters have a rough photocopied finish, with dense shapes breaking into clouds of halftone dots around the edges like ink dragged through a worn punk flyer.
Independent music labels and underground event promoters can use it for gig posters, album packaging, and merchandise, where the damaged print texture becomes part of the artwork. Its most convincing role is on a concert poster, where the blunt silhouettes and scattered dots echo cheap screen printing and copied paper ephemera.
