Qariga by Ermedia Studio is a free serif font with tall proportions and exceptionally fine strokes. Broad curves keep the letters open and airy. The difference between its hairline crossbars and thicker upright strokes is pronounced, with slender serifs extending gently from the letters.
Fashion magazine design is a convincing use for this delicate, high-contrast lettering, especially in feature headings. Perfume packaging and formal invitations also suit its restrained elegance. Across these settings, the combination of sweeping curves and fine lines offers a dressy alternative to heavier traditional serifs.
