Author's note

Remington Ragged by Tension Type is a free distressed typewriter display font with blunt slab serifs and the uneven impression of worn ink. Its broad letters shift between thick and thin strokes, with chipped edges and scattered breaks that make the face look roughly printed rather than digitally polished.

A small-batch coffee roaster or vintage repair shop could use it for branding that suggests old labels, rubber stamps, and workshop paperwork. It also suits music posters and game packaging, where the damaged letterforms can function as part of the printed texture instead of neutral typography.
