RetraConsole font by Bryndan Meyerholt is a monospaced font with a fixed width style that brings forth the nostalgic feeling of 80's home computers. Its geometric, clean, and technical design offers a modern feel while preserving a minimalistic style. The characters also feature symbols for legacy computing, 7-segment displays, and arbitrary fraction characters.
This free font would work well on e-book covers, mobile application texts, interactive documentary subtitles, comics panels, desktop app interfaces, infographics sections in printed newspapers or magazines, or storyboards.
