Author's note
Rhumba Script by Nick Curtis is a free curly script with a light, dancing line and a distinctly retro lounge mood. The letters lean on big looping openings and tall, airy strokes, so the style feels more like hand-drawn lettering for a mid-century cocktail sign than a conventional display font.
It fits naturally in posters, album covers, cafe branding, invitation headings, and title cards where a little swing helps carry the page. As a free font, it also makes sense for short headlines, logo sketches, and monograms, because those long loops and open shapes give even a few letters enough motion to do the work.
