Author's note
Seyes BDL by C. Verchery is a free school script font built around the look of French copybook handwriting. The letters sweep along ruled lines with long looping strokes, soft joins, and a practiced classroom rhythm that feels neat but still human.
That makes it a natural fit for education graphics, workbook covers, classroom posters, children's book titles, and heritage-themed packaging where handwriting needs a more taught, formal slant. As a free font, it also works nicely in short invitations, title cards, and drop caps, because those tall loops and line-hugging connections carry the whole schoolroom idea in just a few letters.
