SF Balloons by ShyFoundry is a free balloon-themed display font with a cheerful party-store feel. The caps are built as dark helium balloons with glossy highlights and dangling strings, so the alphabet reads less like plain lettering and more like a row of floating signs.
That makes it a natural fit for birthday invitations, children's posters, celebration flyers, candy packaging, and party banner headlines, where the letterforms can double as decoration. As a free font, it also works nicely for title cards, short cover lines, or monograms when you want the balloon motif to carry the message without needing extra illustration.
