Sketched Cassius Broken, by Manfred Klein, is a free medieval Gothic font with the sharp, split texture of blackletter cut by hand. The letters lean on thorny angles, notches, and curling strokes, while the big opening sweep of the S gives the whole font a restless, old-script drama rather than a neat calligraphic finish.
It fits poster titles, book covers, pub branding, festival graphics, and game title cards where a rough historical mood matters more than polish. As a free font, it also works well for short headlines and monogram-like initials, because the broken edges and hooked turns give even a few letters plenty of atmosphere.
