Author's note

Tacurse font by Dhabee Studio is a free scary display font that looks carved in a hurry and still wet with ink. Thick, slashed strokes lunge forward with a gritty brush texture, while subtle drips cling to the ends like fresh paint. The rhythm is fast and aggressive, giving headlines a jump-scare snap without sacrificing legibility at a distance.

Using Tacurse, you can push tension on horror posters, Halloween flyers, slasher movie titles, haunted house signage, game covers, and escape-room branding. This free font shines at large sizes where its streaks and drips can breathe. Pair it with a clean condensed sans for body copy, and let Tacurse handle the screams up top.
