Author's note
Ticking Bomb, by David M. Debus, is a free rounded modern display font with a bouncy, offbeat rhythm. The letters mix thick, soft strokes with flattened curves and wide, open shapes, giving it a mid-century pop feel that looks casual rather than slick.
That makes it a natural fit for posters, record sleeves, cafe branding, kids' event graphics, and short editorial headlines where the silhouette does most of the work. As a free font, TickingBomb also suits title cards, packaging callouts, and logo sketches that need a friendly retro pulse without turning cute.
