Author's note

Travesta Bold, by Vladimir Nikolic, is a free retro Art Deco display font built from lean, geometric caps. The letters feel tall and airy, with long straight strokes, a wide triangular A, and rounded curves that keep the look elegant rather than severe.

It suits poster titles, magazine cover lines, boutique branding, film title cards, and monograms where a little 1920s glamour helps set the tone. As a free font, it works best in short display settings, because those slender forms and broad, open shapes give a few words plenty of atmosphere without needing ornament.
