Author's note

W.J. Pearce 213 by Listemageren is a free retro display font with chunky, hand-cut looking caps and a loose mid-century poster mood. The letters lean on broad, uneven curves and slightly offbeat proportions, so the whole font feels lively and homemade rather than neat or formal.

It fits naturally in album art, cafe branding, event posters, title cards, and big editorial cover lines where a free font with this much wobble can carry the layout on its own. Use it when you want short words, initials, or drop caps to feel bold and a little mischievous, because the caps have a carved, almost paper-cut rhythm.
