Dust West, by Galdino Otten, is a free eroded Western display font with the rough, dusty feel of old wood type pulled from a frontier poster. Its heavy letters use blunt slab serifs and deep wear marks throughout, so the whole alphabet reads like it has been printed, handled, and weathered for years.
That makes it a natural pick for saloon-style branding, whiskey labels, rodeo flyers, Americana packaging, and festival posters, where the grit does part of the storytelling. As a free font, it also works well for short headlines, title cards, and drop-in logotypes, because the worn texture gives even a few words that baked-in old West atmosphere.
