Choose a font format that fits your project
Font conversion changes the file container, but it cannot add characters or features that are missing from the source. Start with the best source file you have.

WOFF2 for the web, TTF or OTF for apps
Choose WOFF2 when a site only needs a converted webfont file. Choose TTF or OTF for desktop use and design tools, depending on what your software accepts.

Which font formats can I convert?

Does converting a font reduce its quality?
WOFF and WOFF2 normally preserve the original outlines. Converting between TrueType, OpenType and legacy formats may require rebuilding data, so always review the report and test the result.
What happens when I upload a TTC or OTC font collection?
Each font face in the collection is extracted and converted into its own file. The batch can contain up to 10 resulting font faces.
